Do you offer Zoom/video visits?
Yes, we offer Zoom/video visits using HIPAA compliant Zoom-Pro.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 1 full business day ( > 24 business hours) prior to the start of your appointment or you will be charged the entire fee of the visit. For example, an 8am appointment on Tuesday must be changed by 7:59am Monday, but an 8am appointment on Monday must be changed by 7:59am the previous Friday.
Do you accept medical insurance?
We do not accept insurance.
However, if you have an insurance plan with Out-of-Network benefits, Dr. Mike will provide you with a form (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of some portion of the cost of the visit. For more information, please contact your insurance plan to ask about your Out-of-Network mental health benefits.
What are your fees?
Initial intake appointment - 60min - $550
Follow up visit - 25min - $300
*Therapy follow ups - 50min
*Dr. Mike will take select patients on for hourly therapy. This will depend on Dr. Mike's assessment of compatibility of the patient with his particular style of therapy. Pricing will be discussed if applicable.
Do you treat children or teenagers?
Dr. Mike treats adults age 18 years and older.
Do you offer emergency services?
We do not offer emergency services. In case of emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Our office hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with some exceptions.
