Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least one full business day (more than 24 business hours) before the start of the appointment, or you will be charged the full fee of the visit. For example: an 8am Tuesday appointment must be changed by 7:59am Monday. An 8am Monday appointment must be changed by 7:59am the previous Friday.
